Please note there is NO cancellations, returns or exchanges on any order. Please double check sizing and shipping information BEFORE placing an order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed.
If an item is damaged or defective upon delivery, we will need to be notified within 5 business days from the date of delivery with proof of purchase and damage/defect. We will not be responsible for any defective or damaged products after 5 days of the item being delivered. Items must be new, unworn, with the tags attached to be eligible for any replacement.
If item is defective or damaged upon delivery, we will send a replacement if able to do so. If we are unable to replace your item due to stock issues, you will be refunded to the original form of payment, minus shipping. If your tracking for any order states that it has been delivered but you did NOT receive the item(s), you will have to file a claim through the courier. We are NOT responsible for any package once it leaves us!
Please note ANY refund provided will be given minus shipping if item has already been shipped. Full refund only applicable if items have not already been shipped out.
All US customers are subject to duties/tariffs at time of delivery as the de minimis have now been removed. Please know these are charged by the government and not us, and the customer is subject to pay any of these charges. We are not responsible for any duty or tariffs that may be charged.
