Do you accept returns or changes?

Due to the nature of our business, we unfortunately do NOT accept returns or exchanges. Please see our full return and exchange info page for more info.

How long will my order take to arrive to me?

Please note that current processing time is always posted at the top of my website. This is the time it will take for your package to are packed up and dropped off to the post office. This does NOT include shipping time. Shipping times vary and are dependant on your location etc. 

Will you restock any designs once sold out?

Most designs/collections will NOT restock. In order to bring out new collections frequently, most design are limited and once sold out, they will not come back. A print may only be restocked if popular and requested enough. So make sure to order your favs while you can!

How should I wash my bamboo?

All bamboo should be washed inside out on a gentle/delicate cycle on cold. Try to use a mild detergent and no harsh chemicals like bleach or fabric softener. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to USA, Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia!

Duties & Import Taxes

Please note that we are a Canadian business and all orders are shipped from BC, Canada.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by your local government. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates unless otherwise stated.

For customers in the United States, any applicable duties and taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout when available. For customers in all other countries, duties and taxes are determined by your local customs authority and, if applicable, must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs processing.
